When negotiations fail we litigate.  What once simply meant filing a lawsuit in court and bring a case to trial before a judge or jury, now includes third party mediation, arbitration, administrative judges and tribunals.  Regardless of the method, I am always prepared to litigate my client’s claims and defend my clients in court.
